Bottle 50 cl from 3 Sinne in Steffisburg (CH). Orange-amber beer with a sticky white foam. Richly malted aroma, buttertoffee. Frank taste of malt, creamy sweetness, molasses, rather thin but unctuous. Acidity balance, finale fruity and refreshing on a breeze of bitterness.
courtesy of Philipp Sigg and Thomas Schneider - pours a cloudy reddish-orange colour under a solid and long lasting bright white foam; correct lacework; fresh aroma showing notes of apples, cream and almonds; soft and velvety mouthfeel and with a respectable malt body, subtle carbonation, some sweetness and no bitterness, pretty fruity finish - fresh and very drinkable; a beautiful beer, but I doubt this declared Märzen is bottom fermented
