When I had this beer I just didn't get back to my notes because of my technology at the time. Words to describe this beer are sour grapes, yeast, funk, hay, good.

Erzengel (14471) - Saarland & Düsseldorf, GERMANY - JAN 27, 2018Old bottle from my cellar. Smooth fresh nose. The beer starts very mild, smooth with mild winey woody parts. Intense and fruity mild. Very nice, moderate sourish but very round. Smooth dry, refreshing with a fantastic smooth round sourness. Mild smooth fresh fruity aftertaste. Fantastic!
Beerhunter111 (43469) - Beerland, GERMANY - JAN 27, 201875cl bottle shared with Erzengel! A slightly hazy golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of mild tart yellow fruits, yeast, grapes, some apples. Taste of mild tart riped apples, not too fruity, grapes, yeasty fruits, interesting!
Klimaet (3744) - Aarhus N, DENMARK - SEP 22, 2017Bottle @ Moeder Lambic Original. Pours clear golden with a large frothy white head. Aromas of sweet vanilla oak, pear, white grapes, melony notes, subtle phenolic notes. Taste has sweet oak, vanilla, citrus, orange, light herbal, mandarin, light rural funky notes.
Clownoisseur (531) - Buchanan, Michigan, USA - JUN 19, 2017Bottle at Moeder. Split with the wife. Pours a clear honey-golden color. Small but lively off-white head fades to nothing. Aromas of bread, dough, light barnyard, light horse blanket, light oxidized note into an herbal hop note. Kind of smells like an old IPA. Taste is hay, cereal, dough, light oak, light funk , light sour. A bit pedestrian and surely past its prime. Still, the Cantillon funk redeems this a bit. Medium body, lightly sweet.
ctipping (4084) - Florida, USA - OCT 6, 2016750 mL bottle. Light haze, but mostly clear orange. Nose is sweet doughy breadiness. Oxidized. Some cardboard. A little citrus. Taste is brighter. Lemon and orange. Wheat breadiness again. Still oxidized. Medium light body. Soft carbonation. Never had it fresh, but I assume age has degraded this. Oxidized and kinda boring.
