Palme (5036) - Bergen, NORWAY - MAY 30, 2017On tap @ City Swiggers. This is a mildly cloudy orange golden colored one with a small bright white head that’s lacing quite hefty on the top. Smells really good actually. Really fruity with nectarine, peaches, apricots, some mild lemonic sourness and a little bit of orange zest. A lovely nose. Tastes superb also. Wittiash kinda wheat sweet. It’s mild oily on the texture and just about average on the carbonation. Lots of nice zesty flavors her. It’s getting zest, spices, grapefruit zest. It has mid ripe strawberries and wheat. A delicious refreshing one. I would not mid to repeat. 18.06.2015

Bulk_Carrier (6064) - Vermont, USA - JAN 15, 2017Poured into a tulip, this one sat about a hazy burnt golden color with a thin finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Moderate lace. Clingy speckled lace.
The aroma had some lemon peel, sly breadiness, piney hops. Oregano/herbal sweetness. White pepper settles in for the balance.
The flavor leans to the bready sweetness initially, but the herbal arrangements enter in nicely semi-sweet with a delving bready sweet aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium in body with a fair sessionability about it. Low carbonation leading into a sweet stickiness flowing over my tongue.
Overall, pretty good saison that I would have again.
PhillyCraft (12794) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 1, 2016BB backlog, Bottle, pours a hazy golden with one finger white head. Smell and taste were lemon skin, bread, spice, pine hop and other various malts. Light to medium in body. Comparable to the other version in the series.
jrodooo5 (2778) - DOVER, Delaware, USA - JUL 11, 2016Delicious & unique saison! Transparent gold pour w/ a quickly fading white head & not much lacing. The aroma is rather earthy w/ piney notes really standing out. The taste is spot on to the aroma as the piney flavors really make this interesting. There’s a little bit of a hop presence & the more traditional peppery undertone. Good stuff!
Dorkenstein (564) - - JUN 14, 2016Thyme and rosemary aromas with some lemon zest, clementines, and cracked wheat. Taste is cracked wheat, clementines and lemon citrus, some pepper, thyme and rosemary.
