Bottle split at the full Abstrakt AB01 to AB25 tasting, #704/3200, big thanks to Kenny for my last Abstrakt tick 14/03/18. Hazy orange amber with a decent light beige head. Nose is plum duff, stewed fruits, whisky marmalade, orange peel, berry pips, strawberry jam. Taste comprises tangy berry fruits, earthy notes, light booze fumes, mellow barrel, sweet and sour bite. medium plus body, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. This has held up very well ... great stuff for a 7.5 year old fruit beer.

Bottle @Craig’s (Abstrakt tasting). Pours dark copper, slight white head which did go very quickly. Nose is big fruits , cherry pie and fruit cake. Taste is cherry, huge cherry, (Trump hands), the carbonation lifts the beer, tastes a bit like Haribo Tangtastics.

Courtesy of Daniele; synthetic cork, bottled 08.09.10; April 2012
Hazy red-amber color, with very small head. Smell of fruit, yeast and alcohol, jam, cheese. Strong body, caramel flavor with some berries; quite hash alcohol and bitterness. Some late astringency and acidity. Unpleasant.

2.6
Holmen1 (13046) - Stavanger, NORWAY - MAR 5, 2015
Whiskytoner i ettersmaken. Bærer ikke alderen med eleganse.
