UPDATED: SEP 7, 2023 Light hazy blond colour, white foam. Yeasty, a bit fruity, notes of peach, some coriander. Light sweet, some bitterness.

UPDATED: AUG 2, 2022 Flaska från Hopt. Klar gyllengul vätska med högt vitt skum. Doft av säd, jäst, blommor , marsipan och honung. Torr och krispig, fruktigare än doften med gula plommon, physalis och mandarin. Trevlig

UPDATED: JAN 20, 2022 Une queue de charrue...je ne m'attendais de base pas à grand-chose....et heureusement car en effet nous ne sommes pas sur une bière exceptionnelle, que ce soit par sa structure ou ses arômes. Le visuel est sur un blond doré limpide avec une effervescence modérée et une mousse disparate. Le nez est sur l'alcool, les céréales, la pomme, banane avec une touche de girofle. Simple mais pas désagréable. Les choses se gâtent à la dégustation. Côté structure, trop de douceur et une acidité pas très plaisante viennent contrarier l'ensemble. Heureusement l'alcool, à 6,6 % est toujours bien présent et donne un peu de tempérament à l'ensemble. Côté arômes, de la pomme de la terre vient malheureusement s'ajouter aux arômes présents au nez. Les corpulences et longueur sont tout de même respectables. Loin d'être transcendant.
