Bottled. Pours a light, slightly hazy yellow color. Aroma remids me of an American Wheat with a sweet raspberry scent. Sweet malty flavor right up front. Finish is a little bitter and grainy. Refreshing brew.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, raspberry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090821]

Oct 20, 2009 Bottle, 22oz, thx to Papsoe. It’s a hazy, yellow beer with a white head. Some raspberry in the aroma, quite perfumed and with pale malts. Perfumed, flowery and fruity flavor with some raspberry. Pale malts and a tiny bitterness too. Medium body and a quite perfumed finish. Not my style of beer, there’s nothing technically wrong with it, but it’s too flowery and perfumed to be pleasant to drink. 090821

Aug 28, 2009 It’s light golden with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of raspberries and sweetness and a little sourness. The mouthfeel is very carbonated. The flavour has a light berry sourness, sweetness and notes of raspberries. OK as such, but a bit monotonous.
