Embrouille (2879) - SWITZERLAND - DEC 13, 2010Bottled 33cl. Courtesy of Philipp Sigg and Thomas Schneider. By far the tallest head from the faex tasting. There is a surprising interesting astringence. Quite different to the other beers from this brewery which have pretty much the same appearance. (Aurea, Sufflavus, Ador, Faex Cuprum). Interesting.
