Thanks travlr! Clear reddish pour with a small white head. Woody acetic, and lactic acid, big pedio funk, cherries, dark fruit, and raspberry. Medium body with fluffy effervescence and a dry crisp finish. Really nice.

750mL thanks to Travlr. GUSHER!! Pours a clear tea amber. Beige foam, enormous formation, overcarbonated. Settles down quickly. No lace. Acetic nose with must, caramel, dark cherries, melted chocolate. Taste is tart, tangy, bitter, not too harsh. Red wine vinous as usual. Not too acetic in taste. Very minerally. Palate is stingy, hot, minerally, lactic. Very interesting. Not bad at all. Not sure what this beer is.....but I would still put it in Sour/Wild Ale.

75cl bottle thanks to sebletitje! Pours ruby copperish with a little white head that dissipates quickly. Spice dominates the nose, but red berries are also present. Taste is also spicy, but not a ginger bomb. A bit sweet and tart. Med body with fine carbonation. An interesting treat.

75 cl. bottle shared / thx to sebletitje – YAY a colab between Kiuchi & BFM: amber fox red with a slightly tanned head, smell is sharp red fruits, spicey, ginger, hops (don’t think it is sorachi unlike the rest), guava, lychees, taste is very fruity, plenty of guava, red berries, zingy hops, fruity yeast red pomegranate, touch sour, non-eatable berries, very spritzy carbonated, sort of works, quite Hitachino-esque, zingy, quirky, bio-tesque, lovely

75cl, courtesy of Rémi. Thanks for bringing this from Switzerland.

14/IV/2012 - 75cl bottle @ home - BB: 7/XI/15 (2012-364) Thanks to sebletitje for sharing the bottle!

Little cloudy copper red beer, aery light beige head, unstable, pretty adhesive. Aroma: sweet ripe fruits, pineapple, lychees, sour berries (reminds me of the Goji Beer), oranges, honey, guava. MF: way too much carbon, medium body. Taste: sour red berries, bitter nasty flavours, rotten fruits, some mocha, weird bitterness. Aftertaste: sour, poisonous berries, nasty oranges. Man this is bad. Funny thing: opinions were very different on this one. Always interesting.

Travlr (33886) - No fixed abode, New York, SLOVENIA - NOV 5, 2011
Bottle. Murky purplish brown color, medium beige head, solid lacing. Aroma of prunes, apricots, raisins. Taste starts sweeet but has a slightly sour edge, very soft, with tons of dark summer fruit. Medium body. Nice.

Beautiful red-amber color, hazy; medium sized creamy head. The aroma is slightly funky, with rose petals and apricot jam. Smooth mouthfeel, high carbonation; the malt flavor has traces of Bretts giving a pleasant woody astringency; there are delicate fruity notes and spices; correct bitterness, peppery too in the end. It’s a balanced, intriguing, wonderful beer.

Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of over ripe fruits, malt, caramel, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruit, and spices - especially ginger, leading to a dry spicy finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.
