UPDATED: JUN 17, 2023 On tap at the brewpub. Pours a dark brown body with a thick, lasting, beige foamy/creamy head. Good malty/hoppy aroma with nutty and toasted bread hints. Its well balanced malty/hoppy taste carries woody, grainy, roasty, and sweet notes. Ends with a decent sweet/roasty finish.
Draught at "Altes Tramdepot Brewpub" - Bern.
Deep brown color, good fizzy aspect, elegant and solid head, little nut color. Fresh malty notes with rumors of roast wood and cereals. Refreshing and little bitterish taste, good alcoholic balanced and pleasant malty final.
very dark brwon colour, small brown tainted head, malty, caramel nose, slightly sweet with a late bitterness, short dry caramel finish; a modest roastiness shows up while the beer is getting warmer - not much character
