bilcho1 (1568) - Ruse, BULGARIA - JUN 5, 2019UPDATED: JUN 5, 2019 330ml can shared with Mauro and Stefano at za razBIRAchi. Pours hazy dirty gold, loads of lacing and a slight fluffy head, but no visible rising carbonation. On the nose, orange and tangerine citrus over a base of honey and caramel malts. Sweetness from the first sip, mid bitterness rising towards the rear of the palate and into the finish, flavours pretty consistent with the aromas, frothy texture before a smooth mid-bitter finish. An IPA that does not stray too far from the trusted formula.
