POured yellow. Nose was grainy, bready, some lemon and other citrus. Flavor was crisp malts, some biscuit notes, slight sweet, mild hop bitterness.

A: Poured with an average-sized, white head that diminished quickly to a thin film. Good lacing left on the glass, however. Body is a dark golden color, and clear. S: Weak, weak hops. I’m not getting any more than that. T: Very light-tasting, in terms of a very slight hoppy finish with medium dryness. Not bad at all, just a little weak is all. Short-to-average duration. M: Medium-bodied and fairly creamy, with average carbonation. D: Extremely easy to drink, although a little weak for an APA.

Light bodied, light-wheat/grained brew with a pale yellow color. Easy down the hatch, light on the senses, a little too pale (bland), and honestly a little too much like Alaskan used a strain of yeast from a batch of bread. Not bad, but nothing I’d really want to drink again.

Bottle poured into a nonic. Pours gold with a touch of orange and a nice beige head that lasts a while. Aroma is bananas, minerals, grains, and fresh bread. Flavor is bready up front and then a nice earthiness comes through. A little watery and bland in mouthfeel. Not awful but really nothing to revisit.

12oz bottle. Pours a clear light amber color with a thin white head. Aroma is sweet and malty with light wheat, grass and floral hops notes. Flavor is much of the same with light honey and spice notes. Generally light to medium body with a pleasing light malt finish.

12 oz. bottle courtesy of a trade with paiste2002. Pours a slightly hazed gold with a moderate linen white head that lasted through the first quarter of the glass and left partial lace. Light aroma of bready malt with a few notes of orange and grapefruit hops. The flavor is more defined than the aroma with again bready malt followed by a nice crisp, somewhat dry finish. There is a bit of grapefruit hoppiness present as well. In addition, there is a light bread flavor that lingers for several seconds beyond the swallow. Solid beer.

Very light aroma - tinned pears at first whiff. Murky yellow with a good head. Not sure what all the fuss is here or maybe it didnt travel well. Nice malt structure, sweet and juicy. Really lacking any hop notes - either flavor or aroma. All and all a bit meh.

Bottle. Pours a uniform and slightly lively yellow with a nice head of white and lacing that leaves a nice pattern at which to stare. Aroma is clean and bready hops with a hint of grapefruit and bready white wine. Flavor is a hoppy pilsner with hints of grassy honey and a slight herbal presence. Very clean and full mouthfeel. This is a great pale; clean and very zingy taste. Obviously well-made.
