Backlog. Pite 2013-2014. Wygląd: mętna jasna pomarańcz. Zapach: słodki zapach, dzikość drożdży. Świetny. Czuć delikatną cytrusowość. Kompozycja naprawdę świetna. Smak: goryczka ze słodkawym tłem. Dobrze zbalansowane. Najszybciej odnaleźć można skórke grejpfruta, bo pozostaje w posmaku podczas długiego finiszu. Bardzo pijalne. Po lekkim ogrzaniu dzikie drożdże są wyraźniejsze w smaku. Goryczka + lekka słodycz drożdży i długi finisz skórki grejpfruta.

UPDATED: DEC 29, 2017 Bottle picked up locally from backlog notes (2012). Pours an average hazy yellow golden color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor were average for the style, spicy hops, light fruit, herbal, mild funk. Not to be revisited.

Lightly hazed golden color, with a huge head of off white bubbles. Pale malts, lemon citrus, hints of funky yeast, mild mango and orange blossoms. Sweet pale malts, grapefruit pith and citric oils. Funky, hoppy Saison/IPA/Golden Ale. 3/12

355 ml bottle, from a an archeological excavation in my beer "cellar", as Flying Dog Wildeman Farmhouse IPA. BB date 24.05.2014. From Vinmonopolet. ABV is 7.5%. Deep golden colour, huge white head. Pleasant aroma of ripe and over-ripe fruits and berries, also notes of farmhouse. Flavour slightly on the sweet side, good maltiness, noticeable hops but fairly moderate for an IPA.

12oz Flasche. Trübes goldenes Bier mit schönen Schaum. Kräftiges Citrus Aroma. Hopfen und leichtes Malz.

Bottle - Clear deep golden colour, medium white head, good retention. Aroma of citrussy hops, pine, and yeast. Taste of sweet and grainy malt with grapefruit, lemon zest and some sourish aftertaste. Mexium body and carbonation, long bitter finish. Nice.

Cloudy yellow IPA, foamy, the Saison yeast gives it an odd but interesting "rustic" flavor. The aroma was good and citrus. The flavor was slightly malty and balanced. Roasted, wild, amber style...
