Smagen har en række krydrede indtryk af østens mystik i form af fx ingefær, citrusskal og en anelse spidskommen. Humlingen er aromatisk og supplerer krydderierne fint i sit modspil til den lidt enstonige lyse karamelmalt. Mundfølelsen er frisk og relativ tør, gærpræget og blød men alligevel ret fyldig.

UPDATED: MAR 18, 2023 From a bottle stamped 150-210. The pour is medium amber with good clarity under a modest off-white head. The aroma is caramel malts and generally malt forward with a very low profile hop character. Maybe earthy. Creamy and about medium body. The taste is sweet and malty with a kind of cellar musty character to it. I can see why this might be a popular beer in Italy. .
