Taste: light sweet. Palate: subtle sweets expand, molasses, honey, caramel, light toasted malts, remains dry sweet, a touch bitter in the finish. rand (3460) - SWITZERLAND - SEP 19, 2010Bottle 50 cl from 3 Sinne in Steffisburg (CH). Dark red-brown beer with average head, a little sticky to the glass. Perfume very malty, chocolate, vanilla, hops and notes diacetyl. The mouth is also soft, malted intense and rather round. Toffy-licorice and bitter-roasted, some sour notes, toasted bread and alcohol. Much better to the taste than to the first nose. It finishes long, complex, hoppy and licorice.
