UPDATED: DEC 30, 2020 From a bottle from Lance, aged for about 2 years. Overt coffee aroma with a prevailing vanilla accent throughout. Sweetness form the maple as it warmed. Pours black with brown highlights and a brown head. Flavor shows sweetness from the maple up front that gives way to strong coffee roast and acidity on the back half. Bacon shows itself through the mouthfeel with a viscous coating over the tongue. Finishes dry. Fantastic!

UPDATED: OCT 14, 2019 Bottle from the brewery, shared with Andrew, Brendan and Paul. Pours a deep brown body with thick frothy tan head. Nose is espresso, sweet maple and chocolate. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with notes of delicious maple, rich espresso and cinnamon.

UPDATED: JAN 26, 2019 Świetny porter imperialny. W aromacie masa syropu klonowego, lekki boczek smażony i oczywiście świeżo mielona kawa. W smaku słodkie, ale przyjemnie umiarkowane, na finiszu kwaśna kawa. Alkohol świetnie ukryty, pijalne i degustacyjne. Mniam.
