UPDATED: JAN 6, 2004 hazy red-amber colour, fine head, light aroma of red fruits, sparkling and very sweet with a dry sirupy finish - good for children and people who don't like beer.
Dec 18, 2002 / 5/3/4/2/7: unusual red-orange colour, lot of foam while pouring in the glass but the head is reducing very quickly, fruity aroma (cherry?, plum?), slightly overcarbonated, tart and very sweet, dry sugary finish - hum, hum ....

Amber color, frothy head. Winy aroma, esters, lightly fruity (red fruits, strawberry, granadine syrup). Poor malt, pretty dry; the (sweet) fruitness given by a syrup doesn't match with the bitterness, resulting in one of those undrinkable lambics. Simple palate. Good only for girls who don't like beer. <a href='http://home.datacomm.ch/fiulijn/index.ht of Switzerland
