Very close relation to Pripps Extra Strong Lager: the same alcohol and taste characteristics.

500ml can (Systembolaget, Stockholm)
Pale, persistent head. Classic ESL aroma - sickly sweet maltiness. Soft palate, big on the sweet malts, some fruity and white-boardy esters on the retronasals. Some alcohol in the taste, but not offensive, certainlt an ESL. Taste - I suspect ’blah’ is about ad descriptive as I can get. Finish - metallic bitterness.

Can at home. Clear golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Sweet aroma of malts, corn and hay with notes of alcohol. Malty flavour of corn, hops and hay with notes of alcohol. Hoppy and warming alcoholic finish.

Ganske fyldig. Fruktig men alkoholen skinner fort gjennom. Litt bitterhet i ettersmaken.

330ml bottle from Systembolaget, Kiruna. Shared with Finn on a dark Halloween far north in Norway. Golden body. Initial good amount of white foam. Malty aroma with alcohol and sweet water. Corn-flavoured profile with solid sweetness trying to overshadow the alcohol heat. Medium bodied. One-dimensional (Skibotn, 31.10.2009).
