UPDATED: MAR 10, 2024 Ruby red pour, very fizzy but quickly receding pink head and no lacing …. Aroma of cherry, funk, nice lambic lemon aroma, sour and tart cherry with a bit of sugar to it …. Taste is of tart cherry, lots of lambic flavor, tart lemon, sour, dry with funk and earthy notes ….. blend is 70% sour ale 30% cherry lambic ….. finish is sour, dry and tart with cherry and earthy notes…. Nice blend

UPDATED: DEC 18, 2023 Bottled 750ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Ruby red coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, tartish cherry nose. Tartish cherry, slightly perfumed, mild spicy and slightly sugary with rather dry finish.

UPDATED: SEP 11, 2023 Good cherry and candy aroma. The taste is dominated by sour cherries and berries. Good tartness. Only a slight sweetness.

UPDATED: AUG 15, 2023 Bottle, 4-Aug-23. Cheery-brown with little head. Gorgeous plummy aroma, then assertively sour and a bit thin bodied.

UPDATED: APR 24, 2023 Bottle from Mail Order sampled at a couple of years old. Lightly hazy deep brick red in color with a bubbly off white head that had to be coaxed. Rich earthy funk and plenty of lemony lactic and a huge helping of sour tart cherries. Lightly gritty mouthfeel but a fine beverage imho.

UPDATED: NOV 17, 2022 75cl bottle at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours opaque darkish red, with very fine pink foam. Aroma is vinous, fruity, raspberry. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium-high sour, with a nice dry final.
