On draught at Big Island Brewhaus. Deep brown color. Aroma is roasted coffee and dark chocolate. Taste is similar to aroma, with hints of citrus also. Flavorful and smooth porter.

Bomber via Lubiere served cold in a tulip glass shared with friends. Deep brown black with a decent ashen tan head. Lots of rich coffee, dark chocolate notes, not getting much in the way of coconut, a bit tangy. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Lots of coffee, a bit tangy, less dark chocolate than the nose, a little cooked green pepper; dry with moderate bitterness and light tang, coconut shows up well in the finish. Might be an early infection...Not bad.

Sampled from a bomber from the local Safeway. A nice brew, roasted well. Crisp as you would expect from an island brew, but really enjoyable roasted flavor.

Bob spotted good bombers at Walgreens. Yeah. Very dark with minimal highlights. Very pronounced dark chocolate nose. Creamy light palate with a bit of chocolate.

Bottle, shared with Grippitis and Parksy. Hearty dark brown with a lighter brown head. Sweet roast and chocolate aroma. The coconut combines with the hard roast to give a milk chocolate quality, vanilla nuances, hints of ash. Subtle, complex, and very tasty.

Bottle. Black pour with a dark tan head. Light chocolate, coffee, roast, pine, and coconut in the aroma. Deeper fudge and chocolate in the taste with complimentary coffee and some pine bitterness through the last third. Clean mouthfeel. Very well done beer.

Bottle in Hawaii. Toasted coconut and coffee aroma with some chocolate. Pours very dark brown with a thin mocha head and good lacing. Coffee flavors to start with subtle chocolate and coconut. Finishes quite smooth with toasted coconut flavors lingering on the palate. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
