UPDATED: OCT 1, 2021 On tap @ Big Island Brewhaus. Red-amber beer with a small off-white head. Pretty typical amber ale here with toasted grains and bread, some caramel, and toffee. A bit of an herbal hop bite as well as some grass and a touch of pine. Subtle red apple and berry esters in the background. Light to medium grass and pine bitterness on the finish. It's at least not bad, but not something I really was a huge fan of.

UPDATED: JUN 24, 2021 listed as a red IPA, I quite liked this. some sweet caramel malt and plenty of hops. a bomber is a lot but a tasty beer.

UPDATED: JAN 15, 2020 Draft sampler at brewery. Reddish amber beer skiff of cream colored foam. Aroma malt, caramel. Taste malt, vanilla, caramel, hint of fruit. Palate medium, carbonation moderate, slightly hoppy bitter finish.

Very dark red, albeit brown Very creamy texture and the flavor is like a malt cream with a caramel finish. A lot of toffee and a bit sweet for me, but a great beer nonetheless.

Red-to-copper in color with nice white head. Aroma is malty with subtle orange/tangerine. Medium mouth feel with good carbonation. Taste is malty sweet with nice piney bittering and orange/tangerine tones.

Tap @ Humpy’s. Deep amber with a thin creamy head. Sweet caramel malt balanced by resinous hops.

Sampled at GABF 2014. Pours a deep amber body with thin white lacing. Aroma is malt, toast and generic caramel flavor. Mouthfeel is medium with ntoes of sweet caramel malt, toast, grain and light spice.

Amber with just a touch of haze. Thin head. Crystal, sweet crackery malt, almost with a bit of molasses. Sweet, crystal, touch of fruity hop. Good balance, dash of alcohol.
