2013 vintage. 750ml white waxed bottle into a HF over sized wine glass. A - Pours a hazy...well its a peach colored body. An initial fingers worth of soapy foam with large bubbles forms but settles into some edging pretty quickly. Decent lacing with minimal retention. The peach color though, man does it look good. S - Super funky brettanomyces and lactic acid followed by over ripe peach juice. There is a subtle, almost spicy vanilla thing that I get on the very end that I would imagine is coming from the barrels. T - That distinct brett funk followed by a wave of lactic acid twang. This goes head to head with sweet peach juice and a touch of oak. Lightly sour with a long lasting juiciness. This is a very drinkable beer and something that is perfect for the warmer months. Mouth feel is crisp and lively while maintaining a medium body. O - This beer is excellent. Truly one of the best American Wilds I have had the privilege of trying. I wish I had it a bit fresher as the peaches are sort of playing second fiddle to the critters, but god damn is this a tasty beer!

Thanks to Y, who shared a bottle at Brian’s birthday gathering. or, mediocre aroma. A very peachy brew from Oregon, with dashes of coconut, brett sourness, and honeysuckle. A unique brew for sure - I would like to see some more things from this bewery.

Bottle @ ZeeBra Extreme Beer Festival 2013. Hazy yellow pour. Aroma of citrus, brett, fruity, spicy, peachy. Flavor is slightly sour, sweet fruity, spicy and with a nice balance.

Bottle @ ZeeBra. Aroma is big fruity hops, almost watermelon candy like in combination with the fruity funky sour notes. Flavour has a big array of fruity flavours, al covered in a subtle refreshing sour note. Awesome.

ZEBF13 smells funky, like cantillon a bit. so comparing to fou foune, becomes logic. pours blonde, white fopam. taste is much more peachy than the foune. very nice! but would like more sour/funk....

Yellow hazy body, white head. Wheat, orange, little funk. Rustic, wheat, rough malt. Really tastes artisanal. Really nice rich taste. (ZeeBra)

Pours a very low head straw golden color. Aroma is perfumey peaches and lemon zing. Taste is nice apricot/peach flavor with a finish of vinegar. Quite tart and acetic but the fruityness does a great job of balancing that. Could use some more funk or complexity but still quite good.

750ml bottle split at Madison tasting. Cloudy golden-tan. Delicate soft, cloudy peach tones. This is pretty nice. Peach juice and creamy edged sour tones combine. Quite excellent and unique. Exceptionally fresh, quality feel. Delicate, peaches and cream dream.
