caribou43 (3047) - SWITZERLAND - JUN 7, 2019UPDATED: JUN 7, 2019 We have tasted this bottle at the Galicienne, in Prilly, on wednesday, with Raoul, big bottle, good nectar to enjoy this night with a rainy weather. I am generous witu the rate but I have found this stout rather pleasant, enough powerful and light, easy to drink with a powerful black body, normal carbonation for the style, white and brown foam staying some seconds. The taste is classical like a mozart sonnet with a side of roasted malt, coffee, hop, little side of cherry and black forest pie, little sour, not bad at all.
Nilbuz (1) - SWITZERLAND - JAN 19, 2017 does not count I first drank this beer during a improvised theater performance in Lausanne. The show got real good after the third glass. I’m a regular customer now
