Flavour is intense very sweet malty, caramel, fruity, combined with lots of bitter hops. On balance the sweetness is most prominent except for the slightly more bitter finish. I enjoyed this

UPDATED: APR 1, 2020 Utilizando como base a cerveja Indica, os cervejeiros realçaram os maltes e lúpulos, assim saindo esta Double IPA. Uma das curiosidades da receita é a adição de rapadura. De coloração dourada escura com espuma de boa formação, os aromas de cereais, caramelo, açúcar mascavo e rapadura são presentes, juntos com notas cítricas de laranja, limão e tangerina. Em segundo plano pegamos herbal e resinoso. Em boca já notamos o corpo alto, com aquecimento alcoólico, o dulçor do malte e o amargor do lúpulo ficam intercalando a atenção, sendo amargor alta e decrescente com final doce e alcoólico. Uma cerveja robusta, com sabores vivos, deixando um pouco a desejar em equilíbrio ao final em boca. Double IPA não é um estilo fácil, e por um bom tempo a Vixnu foi boa representante.

UPDATED: JAN 28, 2020 Short Description: Boldly hopped and sweet, with high alcohol levels. This beer hints of dark cachaça and lemon. .::. This imperial IPA is brewed with added rapadura and sugar. It pours crystal copper with greenish gold accents at the edges, and a large head with large bubbles that retains for quite a long time. Aroma is of dense honey, tangerine, lemon and green bell peppers. The alcohol is also very present in the smell. It enters the mouth with a very bitter and sweet taste, with bold alcohol, like malty cachaça. Despite being almost 10%, this beer is boldly sweet. Despite its pale appearance, it tastes dense and heavy. The hop notes are very prominent, like a strong tangerine with a resin-like background. The sugar cane and caramel tastes are also strong. As it touches the tongue and back of the throat, it burns and tingles just slightly. The after-taste is a long-lasting sourness, with flavours of lemon and strong alcohol.

UPDATED: JAN 2, 2019 Cerveja para apreciadores de IPAs. Realmente muito amarga, mas é saborosa e cheirosa. O volume de álcool é grande mas não é perceptível. Vale a pena experimentar.
