| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 10, 2009 Draught at The Crows Nest. Straw yellow with a medium creamy white head with some clingy lace. The aroma is predictably understated, with spicy, woody hops and cracked grain maltiness with a little bread underneath. The flavor is clean and dry with some noble hop spice and medium-light bitterness in the finish. Pleasantly light and bready malt that gives a touch of sweetness and body. Hint of citrus, but not very fruity overall. Light bodied with crisp carbonation and a very clean feel. Just a really solid and drinkable blond with the perfect balance of malt and hop flavors. Nothing to impressive overall, but well executed and seems somewhat inspired. I like their take on blonde ale. TBone (6991), Pori, Finland
