| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 1, 2005 Pale cloudy yellow and a very white head. Plenty of requisite spicy, lemony and yeasty aromas. Fairly light and soft with a good blend of cloves and wheat. Hints of citrus and subtle maltiness makes this taste like a summer day. Somewhat astringent, dry finish is balanced by lingering zesty fruit. Almost as good as a Hoegaarden. GermanBrews76 (667), Eugene, Oregon, USA

A bit of spice, coriander. Some cloying helpd to hold flavors longer, improved substantially as it warmed. Citrucy and sweet, wheaty and smooth. Not too bad on a summer evening when the sun is going down and it's finally starting to cool down. jmuhops (663), Winchester, Virginia, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 13, 2006 Pours lightly hazy gold with a one-finger, large-bubbled head. Wheat dominates the aroma, which is rounded out by some coriander and citrus. Very citrusy, fruity flavor. Good. Extra points because it doesn’t taste like every single other Witbier out there. aobecksy (661), Middle of no where, Ohio, USA
