Bottle 50cl. w. swing top @ home.
Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dry hay, grain, light hoppy, dry grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and hay bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090908]

0,5 l flip-top bottle, bought in a little Kiosk, Darmstadt. Poured clear pale yellow with a froathy delicious lacing white head. Floral hop, pale malt and a light sourish yeast in the nose. Classic pilsner aroma. The flavor of the medium bodied beer starts with a sweet taste of malt, continues with an avarage character with some malt and some bottom yeast, less hop than the taster expected according on the aroma. But in the aftertaste the hop arrives, the beer has a drier finish, a bitter aftertaste. Better than the avarage pilsners, easy drinkable, classic german pilsner.

Shared this one w/ SkyCop32. Picked up at Maruhn Getränke in Darmstadt. Pours a nice light golden yellow. Aromas of hops, grass, and maybe malt. Taste is crisp with a nice mellow hop flavor.

This is a very thin beer like many pils but on average within the Pils. Swingtop bottle pours into a small white head and clear beneath that.

A light blond pils with a thick lacing white head. A light grainy malt aroma, lightly fruity. In mouth, a light little pils with crisp malt and sustained fresh hops. Very fresh. On tap at the brewery, Oct. 19 2007.
