Aroma of grapefruit, mango, citrus, and resinous hops. Taste is grassy, slightly bready/grainy, with spicy and sweet citric hops. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. This is improved recently, I raised my rating from 3.4 to 4.0. Well balanced with plenty of hops. JB175 (1665), Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA

Aroma has a nice citrus-floral hop essence mixed with some rye. Flavor is a nice rye/hop mix that would be awesome if it didn’t have a somewhat "off" grainy taste (not very off). Nice APA that is quite refreshing. Styles (1656), Lincoln Park, Michigan, USA

Aroma is all sweet caramel malt up front with some spicy hop/rye background. Burnt/roasted malt in the flavor. Lots of rye in the finish and aftertaste. Bready bisquit finish. Big rye belches continue for awhile. Headbanger (1646), Aurora, Illinois, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Dec 14, 2008 Bottle. Body is a very thin and transparent amber. Quite a bit of carbonation and a small sudsy head. Aromas are kind of weak... mostly a floral hops presence there, but a touch of citrus lurks quietly, too. Flavor is very nice and fairly bold. Just for a split second I thought I picked up the rye on the front edge of the first sip... it quickly got swallowed up in a wave of crisp hops. Pine and citrus hops are pleasant enough and the malt does a great job balancing things. asheft (1644), Marburg, Germany

Beautiful floral and citrus bouquet--notes of apricot and strawberry. Also some toffee. Foggy gold covered by wisps of white. Flavor = assertive bitterness in front of dry caramel and bitter grapefruit. Peach and pear accents. Light to medium body, medium carbonation, lingering bitterness, though dry and crisp in the finish. hellbilly (1643), scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA
