Cloudy yellow pour with a soapy white head. Aroma of cider, floral hops, honey, and mild citrus. Flavor is similar. Tastes a little bit like mead, but much more refreshing. Lively sparkling carbonation, medium bodied, works pretty well. This is a surprisingly tasty brew. I could definitely drink this again.

Fluffy white head that goes down to a thick lasting lace. Opaque, golden yellow color. Soft malty aroma. Big malty taste with some hop taste and small bitterness.

Pours a cloudy light golden color with a nice white head. Smells of lemon grass and hops. Taste is slightly sweet with a creamy lemon mouthfeel. Good hop balance with the sweet. I’ll drink this again.

50cl bottle poured into a lager glass. Cloudy yellow with small white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is floral hops and light citrus. Flavor is the same. Medium carbonation. Kind of a thick mouthfeel due to being unfiltered. Lightly bitter finish. Very drinkable brew.

Swing-top-Bottle 50cl. Pours a cloudy pale brew with extra fine yeast. No floaties. Slim malty body, not expressive. A little bit harsh hoppy finish but overall acceptable. A little bit watery but refreshing. Easy to drink, will try this brew again in summertime in a Biergarten.

Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20081018]
