UPDATED: DEC 8, 2019 I have purchased this beer, at one monoprix, at Paris, Faubourg Saint-Antoine. Drinking and enjoying this beer, at home, Lausanne, Prélaz, june 2018. The body is copper/orange and troubled, normal carbonation, white foam. In my point of view, it is a pleasant pale ale, rather light for the style, close to a session ipa. You get a side of dry malt, hop, the bitterness is a bit short, on the palate, aromatic hop, good brewery, pity that they are not free anymore.

Huge white head with deep yellow orange like appearance. Aroma of cinnamon, sea water (sounds crazy but i really smell it), light yeast and malt. And as for the flavor, just malt and orange peel also some spice. Bitterness isn’t strong. the aftertaste is simple just soft bitterness. Carbonation is strong.

Old notes from 2009. Golden body, fluffy white head. Aroma of soap, fruits, sweet molasses. Slicky malt, orange and yeast in flavour. Just so off that its not good.

Bottle 0,33L. Clear copper color with huge, frothy, long lasting, off-white head. Aroma of orange, floral hops and sweet tropical fruits. Taste starts light sweet and fruity, while the finish is light to medium bitter with hint of apple and pear. Light to medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation.
