Aroma is citrus, zest, mild earth and some yeasty/spicy tones. Flavour is wood, some citrus, spices and mild earthy and herbal tones to it. Nicely dry palate.
davidezdonz (1898) - Hong Kong, HONG KONG - MAY 2, 2022UPDATED: MAY 2, 2022 A 500ml bottle, bottled on 7th June 2021, and poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass. It was a nice hazy golden straw yellow colour with a two finger white head that had good retention while leaving nice lacing. Aromas citrusy, lemon, lemon zest, lime, oak, dusty, vanilla, brett, light funk. Tastes of light sour, lemon, lemon zest, lime, peach, with light oak and funk. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, enjoyable, refreshing, and really easy to drink.

Darkish yellow pour. The aroma was pleasant enough - a bit lagery but some grains. But the taste was predominantly vinegar. Some fruitiness in the finish at least. They might want to clean up those fancy microflora. Unusually, Phil didn't have this.
