UPDATED: SEP 8, 2023 Draught@TCBW2018. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is citrus, zest, mild earth and some yeasty/spicy tones. Flavour is wood, some citrus, spices and mild earthy and herbal tones to it. Nicely dry palate.

UPDATED: MAY 2, 2022 A 500ml bottle, bottled on 7th June 2021, and poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass. It was a nice hazy golden straw yellow colour with a two finger white head that had good retention while leaving nice lacing. Aromas citrusy, lemon, lemon zest, lime, oak, dusty, vanilla, brett, light funk. Tastes of light sour, lemon, lemon zest, lime, peach, with light oak and funk. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, enjoyable, refreshing, and really easy to drink.

UPDATED: MAR 29, 2022 On tap at Monks Cafe. Hazy gold, white head. Tart fruit, oak, funk. Nice and refreshing.

UPDATED: DEC 20, 2021 Bottle from 2017 (4.5 yr old). Peachy orange pour, still p good head. Nice sour berry flavor. Mild citrus. P good.

UPDATED: AUG 25, 2021 Draft at Monks. Aged in Vidal Blanc barrels. Cloudy golden yellow pour. No head. Juicy, full-bodied, and very flavorful. Lots of oak. Dried lemons. Dust. Straw. Grapes. Fresh pineapple cores. Granny Smith apples. Sage. Reasonably tart. Feels a bit blunt but well done.

UPDATED: JUL 18, 2021 Draft. Golden beer with a cream head. Light green apple and light tart aroma with light spice. Green apple and light tart flavor with light spice. Medium bodied. Light green apple lingers with light tartness and light spice.

UPDATED: NOV 26, 2019 (Tap at TCBW 2018, session 2 on Saturday) (5+:3:4:2:10=2.4) Darkish yellow pour. The aroma was pleasant enough - a bit lagery but some grains. But the taste was predominantly vinegar. Some fruitiness in the finish at least. They might want to clean up those fancy microflora. Unusually, Phil didn't have this.
