COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
farmhouse ale brewed with peaches and Brettanomyces added Our special seasonal peach beer, Peche 'n Brett is our Seizoen Bretta refermented on Pacific Northwest grown fresh whole peaches and our house Brettanomyces, creating a funk dry base which enhances the complex peach aromas and flavors in concert with subtle hop and malt elements. A third fermentation in the bottle provides carbonation with added fruity aromas and flavors. (from Batch No. 2021 Bottled on 2/23/2022 label) This award-winning version of our Oak Aged Seizoen Bretta is refermented with 1.5 lbs/gal of juicy ripe peaches from the Hood River Valley for several months before blending the aged beer with some young beer and fresh brettanomyces yeast, providing natural carbonation, added dryness and funky complexity to the beer. Kita (4654) - Koper, SLOVENIA - APR 14, 2024
UPDATED: APR 14, 2024 6 years cellared bottle from Hoppiness, 0.75l, shared with CanCrusher. Aroma is vinous, peachy and woody with mild brett note. Pours cloudy amber color with thin soapy white head and average visible carbonation. Taste starts with tart peaches and white wine rounded with mild bretty note, follows by faint oak and vanilla with smooth mouthfeel without any alcohol feeling. Full body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Wild & smooth peaches…

UPDATED: APR 6, 2023 Bottle at Mike’s April 2023 tasting. Almost high clarity golden color. Wonderful dried sulphurous peach aroma. Leans dry, but kind of like a Belgian triple, with some light residual sugar. Quite tasty.

UPDATED: MAR 20, 2022 Poured from bottle at Black Xmas (bb 11/2019). Cloudy orange with dissipating white head. Peaches, stone fruit, vinous, brett. Really nice and cohesive.

davidezdonz (1898) - Hong Kong, HONG KONG - DEC 27, 2021
UPDATED: DEC 27, 2021 A 750ml yellow waxed bottle with a best before date of March 2022. Poured into a Tilquin stemmed glass. It was a cloudy golden orange colour with a two finger white head that had decent retention and eventually settles to thin cap while leaving some lacing. Aromas of peach, peach creamsicle, oak, light funk and notes of brett and lemon zest. Tastes lightly tart, peach, brett, funk, hay and grapefruit. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, the 10% abv was well hidden and the aroma and flavours were enjoyable and well balanced.

UPDATED: SEP 13, 2021 Waxed elegant Bottle. No coz piana rosnie dynamicznie, trzeba uwazac podczas nalewania. Opada szybko.

juiceisloose (3847) - Windermere, Florida, USA - JUL 5, 2020
UPDATED: JUL 5, 2020 375 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy golden orange color and topped by a small off white layer of foam that settles quickly to a thin film and leaves patches of lace around the glass. The aroma shows notes of peaches, funk, crisp wheat, and Brett m over a pale malt base with some oak. The flavor follows suit with notes of peaches, Brett funk, and wheat up front to go with the pale malts, old oak, and some acidity from the fruit. Medium bodied with ample carbonation that leads to a slightly sweet and tart peach, bretty funk, oak, and some acidity on the finish. This is a really nice and tasty Brett saison with nice peach flavor. Good stuff for sure.

UPDATED: JUN 27, 2020 375 ml bottle from Best Damn Beer Store I've held off on this one because of the price point but I had to try it at some point, and the 375 brings it into reach. Wow, I get the hype. This is excellent. Massive brett, powerful peche. not at all too sweet but not agonizingly dry either, not at all too acidic. Big fruit flavors dried out wonderfully by the brett. Logsdon yeast but in a better setting than any other Logsdon beer I've had. Brilliant and deserving of its reputation.

UPDATED: MAY 18, 2020 Golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Subtle peach up front, leather, wood, earth, and a tart finish.
