This is a very nice Pale Ale, both on tap and from the bottle. Nice head, good hopsy aroma, excellent palate and flavor. This is a nicely balanced pale.

Bottled, thanks Cletus! Clear amber, small head. Floral orangey hop aroma. Medium-light bodied with clean, hard crystal malt character. Light resiny bitterness. Fairly simple.

Bottled@The omhper punkrock tasting. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some mild hints of caramel as well. Flavour is fruity, wooden, some caramel malts as well as mild bittery grassy notes in the finish.

12oz bottle from local (Little Rock) restaurant. Straight out of the bottle. Mild, floral hoppy and slightly adjunctive aroma. Malt forward with mild hop (citrus) flavor and then a short, clean hop bitter finish. Slight toffee/carmel in the finish as well. Medium carbonation and thin to medium body. Easy drinker and good paring with fried fish.

Thanks to a trader out west for sending me this as part of a trade. I can now cross another state off the list with something that is not half bad. In fact it has raised my estimation of what Arkansas is capable of by a few notches.

Aroma / Appearance - The thin eggshell head and cloudy coppery body were a nice mix. The fluid liquid unleashed a blend of cedar chips, orange peels, and either grapefruit or mango. Not overly complex it still strikes a nice balance that strikes the senses.

Flavor / Palate - The taste of bitter unsweetened tea that has been filtered fills the palate. The woody aftertaste has a nice hop bite that lingers for a while but not long enough to really appreciate the whole thing. A solid all around pale ale this is worth trying if you ever run across it. Even if you like your beers big this is a great change of pace.

Thanks ericandersnavy. Pours rather copper with a foamy off-white head. Mild aromas of caramel and light citrus? hop. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Flavor is well balanced caramel and hop, which is more bitter than expected from aroma. Rather astringent. Still think the hop is citrus. Pretty good stuff.

12oz bottle courtesy of ericandersnavy. First beer from Arkansas. Good caramel malt and a whif of the hops. Deep amber body with foamy head that stayed thought beer. Left some cloudy lacing on glass. Flavor had the caramel malt but a decent citrus in the mix. Refreshing on the palate, good pale ale. Thanks Eric.

Bottle bought after playing in the Wichita Jazz Festival. The aroma promises more hops than the flavor delivers.

This is one of my favorite beers. The hop load is almost perfect for a Pale Ale, IMHO.
