hops, crystal malt and bready aroma. Disappearing head, very clear copper colour. Fulll bodied and slightly slick mouthfeel. Raisin and floral hop flavours, with a hint of taost. Pleasantly bitter finish.

Pours a rather luminous pale amber with medium to thick head that is rather creamy. Nose is pretty much non-existent. Cannot detect any identifiable properties. On the palate there’s a gentle, soft malty & biscuity flavor with light hop bitterness for balance. Easy drinking, and almost watery in fact which isn’t appealing.

Pours golden yellow with a very slight red tinge and a nice thick white head. Carbonation is pretty evident. Aroma is of apples, hops, lighter malts, grass, very light interesting. Taste is bitter at first and leads into a sweet and floral finish... a little too sweet for being a ESB, but not bad.

Pours a clear orange with a very thin white head. Aroma has a very strong fruity note mainly apple, mild toastedness, mild nuttiness and a strong alcohol. Flavor is very pungent and interesting. Strong toasted nut flavor early followed by some mild apple and floral hops flavors. Body is light with high carbonation. Overall, I didn’t care for this beer at all. The flavors really didn’t meld very well at all in my opinion and the alcohol flavor was way too strong for the style.

Amber with a huge dense head. Caramel aroma with notes of wood, grass and yeast. Sweet fruity flavour with a nice dry bitter finish.

Pours a nice amber. Medium size head that doesn’t fade real quick. Aroma of yeast malt floral and sweet. Malt hop caramel with a bit of smoke for taste. Medium body and not overly carbonated. Pretty good brew.

On tap at the Abbott Pub & Fare. Pours a clear orange/copper with good sized creamy off-white head. Mild nose with light caramel and fruit. Taste is big on sweet fruit with some caramel. Creamy mouthfeel. Nothing special.
