| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 30, 2009 Amber/gold pour. Aroma is a mix of honey, floral and citrus hops. Flavor switches back and forth between a bit of sweetness and the prick of the hops. Pretty ok IPA. RIP Dick. DalzAle (605), Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 7, 2009 Bottle from Scrizzz (thanks!) Pumpkin colored pour, good citrus and hops aroma and the most carbonation I’ve ever seen in a beer (even when poured very carefully and slowly, the foam just wouldn’t stop). Flavor is woody, malty, mellow hops/copper and very dry on the finish. Aside from the root beer float foam, a very good and easy drinking IPA. JPDIPSO (4960), Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 30, 2009 Umber color with a taller fluffy off-white head. Aromas of crystal malt, wood and citrus. Caramel, paler malt, citric hops and touch of tropical fruit flavors. Touch of rust in the finish and into the linger. My last batch of IPA of the west coast is slightly less than awe inspiring. highibus (484), Mill Creek, Washington, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Sep 25, 2009 Pours a nice deep copper with thin white head. No real aroma could be because it is kind of cold. Nice hop presence up front quickly balalnced with a light malt sweetness. Then back to the hop finish. | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 15, 2009 Bottle Pours a clear copper with a big foamy off white head. The head lasts well, and makes some spotty lacing. Has a light aroma of citrus hops, with light touches of caramel malts. Has a good carbonation. The flavor is hoppy. A good amount of bitterness. Blended well and balanced nicely. Has a touch oily texture. A good mouthfeel. The finish is good and a real good aftertaste. I may be a hophead but I really like this one.
