UPDATED: AUG 7, 2019 Bottle from Chez Ben. Dark mahogany with a huge billowy khaki coloured head that lingers and leaves patchy lace. Nose is coffee, chocolate, wood, vanilla, molasses. light+ sweet milk chocolate and molasses sweetness with a medium coffee bitterness. Mouth is full and creamy with soft carbonation. 8/4/7/4-/15

UPDATED: SEP 13, 2018 On tap @Birrifugio Trastevere (Rome). Nera, densa, quasi impenetrabile, schiuma avorio media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note di caffè, cioccolato, leggera vaniglia. In bocca è mediamente dolce leggero amaro finale, caffettosa. Corpo esile, leggermente watery, carbonazione media. Un po' timida.
