COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Vid bryggningen var vi inspirerade av den amerikanska västkusten och deras superhumlade ölsorter så vi har använt citra som aromhumle, vilket ger den en typisk västkusthumlearom ihop med lakrits från det rostade kornet.Vörten har kokats dubbelt så länge för att få fram en malliard-reaktion som gör den lite tjockare och fylligare med nyanser som inte går att nå på annat sätt. Här har vi inte sparat på krutet!

UPDATED: APR 22, 2022 From the Bottle at Chris O's Pre-GBBF Shindig 10/08/2013 Fruit and hop aromas. Dark coloured strong in alcohol hoppy and fruity with a hint of dryness in a bitter chocolate roast finish.

Bottle @ SMÖF 2015: 2012 Vintage - Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate and a slight hint of vanilla sweetness. Taste is roasted but pretty mild malts, chocolate with a slight touch of soy sauce.

Bottle; shared at Beavertown; 2nd May 2015. Cedar aroma and velvet and oak on aroma. Some peat. Taste is chocolate, oak, velvet, blackcurrants, nice balance and good drinkability. Good drinking. Thanks Ken. Great to know that the brewery from Sweden where one of my favourite bands is from can produce awecome beer. #geekout

Dark brown coloured almost black. Has a roasted, toasted aroma, nice yeasty notes too. Sweet flavor, warming alcohol.

Bottle from a trade with Cunningham. Pours black with a small creamy tanned head. Aroma is light roast with some decent liquorice. Light smooth mouthfeel, a bit weak body. Taste is roast, chocolate and coffee, a weal alcohol bite at the finish.
