Pours a copper color with a white head. You can kinda smell hops in there but there is not much there. Flavor is about the same, i can get the hops but not much else, kinda watery. Excellent lacing to the beer. Neither good or bad really.

Jan 13, 2009 Bottiglia da 50cl comprata al Beer8, versa colore rossiccio con poca schiuma, il profumo non è esattamente quel che mi aspettavo dato il grande sbandieramento dell’etichetta; finest hops qua, more hops là però l’aroma è piuttosto generico, sti pirla di inglesi se la tirano col delightful hop character e poi magari ha più hop character una scoreggia che faccio io al pomeriggio (anche se forse non la definirei delightful). Il sapore è vago, per niente spiacevole, non guasto, semplicemente molto vago e lieve, tutt’altro che impressionante; si lascia bere abbastanza bene, forse però 50cl sono la misura ideale una goccia prima di stufare, non credo che avrei bevuto un altro bicchiere, è noiosa!! Buonina, ma noiosa!!

Feb 23, 2008 half @ camra bf in battersea.dull in appearance and with a strange yeasty aroma and heavy, surprise, hop notes. tasted pretty sour to me. badly balanced not impressed.

Jun 20, 2007 Bottled. Malty aroma with hints of orange. Hazy, yellow color, beautiful head, good lace. Sweet, caramel malts, light herbal and floral hops, medium body. Refreshing, great session beer.

Nov 19, 2006 Updated: Nov 20, 2006Bottle picked up at Tuckers Maltings, Newton Abbot,, Devon 14-11-06 had the same evening. This started off great but finshed a touch disappointingly some spices, hops abound, could have been a lot lot better.

Sep 27, 2006 Good looking bright amber ale with a small white head. Malty aroma, but not one I particularly like: it has an artificial plastic tang. The malt comes over better in the taste with some sourness and an uncompromising bitterness.
