Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, grain, bread, light hoppy, citrus, pepper, light to moderate yeasty, vegetables, spicey. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic, and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to lively. (290308)

Apr 1, 2008 The Fonefan/Brugmansia Cnudde tasting. Warm golden with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, yeast and light citrus. The mouthfeel is fizzy. The flavour has notes of caramel, straw, yeast and hints of boiled vegetables and light citrus. Thanks Fonefan/Brugmansia!

Jul 5, 2004 Hazy copper color. Has aged (at least 3 years) without suffering too much; but it seems to be a simple one, quite dry mouthfeel, a bit spicy and woody, maybe too short final.
