Mar 14, 2010 (Cask at Pullman, Helsinki) Poured amber and almost clear with small, sparse and white head. Aroma contained toffee, strawberry and malts. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were malts, strawberry, toffee, mildly pine and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty. A dull one but it may be partly due to poor conditioning.

Nov 23, 2009 Light but pleasant in flavour, with a citrusey hint and a degree of sweetness as well. Nice level of bitterness and carbonation, probably a good one for the summer.

Sep 30, 2009 Probably the lightest sediment I have ever seen on a bottle conditioned beer. Sweet and crisp with a long, oaty, caramel finish. A nice tingle of carbonation. This is actually a really nice beer.

Sep 2, 2009 bottle, bought somewhere in the Welsh valleys. Deep clear golden yellow, mid-sized head. Fruity nose. Bitter-sweet, resiny hoppy with a shy citrus character. Good.

Jun 11, 2009 Cask at the Old Fox, Birmingham on the evening of December 29th, 2008. Clean, fresh, textured bitter, pale gold with great clarity of body and a foamy head which dissipates medium term. Thirstquenching, rounded with hop in the aftertaste - not fantastic but a good first drink.

May 24, 2009 Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a small fast disappearing white head. Has a fruity malty dark fruit aroma. Fruity malty dark fruit flavor. Has a fruity malty finish with some weak hints of dark fruit in the aftertaste.
