Bottle. Pours a hazy yellowish color with no head. Aroma is wheat, yeast and citrus. Taste is crisp. Not a huge fan of the wheat beers but this one was drinkable.

Oct 7, 2009 Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Unfiltered??? Aroma is yeasty, banans/clove, wheat, and citrus. Flavor is much the same, but some what watery.

Sep 3, 2009 Bottle. Poured a small white head that mostly diminished, sparse lacing, carbonation, hazy, and a straw yellow hue. Wheat, lemon, yeast, bananas, and clove nose and ditto for the flavor. Tingly mouthfeel and light-medium body. Nice refreshing brew for summer.

Aug 22, 2009 Appearance: Pours a crystal clear, yellow body with a thin, white head. Taking an inquisitive peek down into the bottle, I could make out no traces of yeast (viable or otherwise) stubbornly hiding at the bottom.
Smell: Mild nose of lightly malted barley and wheat with some slight honeyish undertones and some background floral hop notes.
Taste: Light pale maltiness with a small supporting touch of wheat. Light honeylike sweetness. Hint of lemon. Floral hops with no more than a very, very low amount of bitterness. Finishes clean and quick, perhaps a bit too clean and quick, making for an empty ending.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Too light and lacking for me, leaving it a pretty unremarkable brew. If this is purportedly unfiltered, imagine what the filtered version would be like! Good grief.

Aug 19, 2009 12oz bottle. Clear bright golden color. Not very un-filtered. Aroma of barn and lemons with strawberries. Flavor is very bland. Not much going on here. LAcking body and flavor, zero clove.
