Pretty good and refreshing.

Das Viven Blond riecht nach Pfirsich und Hefe, ebenso gestaltet sich der Antrunk. Ansonsten wenig mehr zu berichten. Die Rezenz ist gut, beim Abgang aromenneutrale Bitterkeit. Handwerklich einwandfrei, geradezu Schulbuchhaft. Wiedererkennungswert dafür sehr gering.

Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a very big white head. Settles as lumpy, thick, uneven layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Massive lacing. I
Aroma is intense with a odor of sweet fruit, damp cellar and a light sour streak. Banana, cloves, sugar and alcohol.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry with a light touch of alcohol.
Solid Blonde. Fairly light but fairly intense.

paulvb (325) - NETHERLANDS - JUL 4, 2020UPDATED: JUL 4, 2020 Bit hazy, lager-like yellow colour and a huge head. Pleasant, 'full', floral and fruity smell with aromas of bananas and citrus. The taste is also fruity, but more spicy than its smell. Some nice sweetness develops, however. Not a very fruity sweetness, but a rather 'neutral' character. Some sour and hoppy notes. A hint of cheese. Nicely balanced, quite complex taste. Good blonde beer.

Pours a slightly hazy golden/amber colour with a large thick foamy white head. Nice lacing. Aromas of bananas, cloves and hints of apples, floral and spice. Taste has more floral and spice, light citrus notes with a grassy hop finish. Medium bodied, a fair amount of carbonation on the palate with a fruity and grassy hop aftertaste. A slightly above average Belgian blonde.
