UPDATED: JAN 2, 2021 The label says the alcohol contents is 6.1% (Best Before date 4 July 2021). Hazy brown color, decent head. Sweet aromas of red fruits and some caramel. Subtle roasted notes. Full body, smooth mouthfeel. Nicely balanced sweet and roasted flavours of dark and red fruits, caramel and a bit herbal and earthy. Yet a bit flat and a slightly watery finish. Still quite nice and accessible.

UPDATED: JUL 20, 2020 Bottle from Geers. Best before: 7/2018. Pours hazy dark brown with a lasting, small, foamy, tan head. Aroma of red apple, redcurrant, old raisin, cake, plum, toffee, wet toast. Taste has sweetish raisin, apple, sourish berry effect too, based on toffee- & cake-like maltiness, slight yeasty feel. Bit tart, faintly herbal hoppy finish, old fruit lingering. Medium body, creamy texture, fizzy carbonation. Perfectly acceptable even if it's expired.

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2018 Donkerbruin bier met schuim. Smaak is zoet en kruidig met iets van karamel, zoethout en zoet fruit.

Red brown with little beige head. Aroma is nuts and butter some slight molasses zwieback. Taste is fresh sour citrus juice with quite some carbonation also a bit of nut syrup sweetness. Tasty.

Robe brune, belle mousse crémeuse. Nez typé mais peu complexe, note lactée, café au lait, noisette sur un fond malté. Bouche à l'attaque acidulée, fine bulle, finale courte mais équilibrée. Une double agréable à défaut d'être complexe

Közepes, nem túl tartós hab, barna szín. Illata pörkölt malátás, karamelles. Íze karamelles, malátás, enyhe gyümölcsös és pörkölt aromával. Könnyed, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén kesernyés. Nem túl szerencsés összeállítás, nincs igazi összhang és némi test is hiányzik.
