Bottle. A large white foamy head with a normal duration, the body is clear and light yellow. The aroma started sour but changes fast to a sweeter smell, strong aroma of bananas. The taste is mild, only light sour, a medium duration. The body is light and silky-creamy with normal carbonation.

Bottled (BB 09/2009). Hazy murky yellow color, small white head. Overriped banana aroma. Flavor has some overriped banana, light citrus and cardboard. Lacks depth and is not so refreshing, although has a decent body.

Courtesy of Fonefan. It is unclear golden with a white, creamy head. The aroma has notes of clove, banana and wheat. The flavour has sweetness, notes of clove, banana, wheat and it is nice and fruity with a good spicy yeast.

Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet malty and wheaty. The flavor is sweet malty and wheaty combined with light notes of caramel, leading to a crisp dry wheaty finish. Thanks to Papsø for opening it for me - I’d avoided it for four days.

Bottle. Blonde, hazy, big foamy head. Banana and a touch of clove in the aroma. Absolutely dry, yet just a bit creamy flavor with banana. A touch grassy and herbal. Well balanced weizen of decent quality.

(bottle, with thanks to Stöpsel and Indy of BTO for the sample) Cloudy, yellow colour with a big foamy white head. Slightly sweet and sour wheat-malty nose with a touch of citrus and clovy phenols. Light-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, ok carbonation. Wheat-malty, yeasty and slightly fruity taste; wheaty, yeasty-bitter finish with notes of cloves in the aftertaste. Not perfectly balanced but still somewhat refreshing.

As was posted earlier, it pours very very light before the yeast gives it color. Has a nice refreshing citrus aroma. quite bubbly in the mouth. Unfortunately it tastes and feels alot alike it pours, that is, thin and not much flavor. My hefe clumped on its way down even after a couple of really nice swirls =( . I am hoping that maybe this was just a bad one. All in all, more like a refreshing over carbonated soda than a full bodied tasty hefewiezen.
