Bottle pour into a wine glass. The beer is a dark brown with a khaki head of foam. The aroma has ashy chocolate with some caramel peaking through. Maybe some raisin as well. The taste is moderately sweet. The chocolate comes through nicely. Lighter to medium body and medium to higher carbonation. Very nice beer.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Servita dal cask la birra si presenta bruna con una bella schiuma compatta. L’aroma è di cioccolato al latte. Piuttosto bilanciata, tendente al dolce. Estremamente piacevole e beverina.
