The nose is dominated by pumpkin and nutmeg, with those flavors flowing joyfully along the palate, alongside caramel and honey, with a pleasant new grass hop flavor coming through at the very end.

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 23, 2010 12oz bottle. Pours a lightly hazed, orange-golden body with a thin, off-white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a light lacing. Aroma is medium sweet pumpkin spices and a bit bready. Distinct cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove with some ginger too. A light cookie maltiness. Flavor is a plain cookie maltiness with plenty of sharper pumpkin spices towards the finish. Nutmeg, ginger, clove, and cinnamon with a light earthy bitterness. Aftertaste lingers for a moderate duration after a dry finish. Lighter body, smooth and malty, and a light carbonation. Overall, a decent pumpkin beer. The spices come out more towards the backend whereas the front is pretty plain. Easy drinking making this alright. Not terrible, but not great. slayer02348 (101), East Lansing, Michigan, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 1/5 | 7/20 | Jan 3, 2010 Pours out a golden color with an orange hue to it. Small, creamy off white head. A bit of spice present in the aroma, but the taste here really leaves alot to be desired. I found the pumpkin taste to be almost non existant, and overall thought the beer was a bit weak. deyholla (947), Bloomington, Indiana, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 28, 2009 On tap at HopCat. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a white head that laced nicely. Aroma was full of cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg, with a cooked veggie and pumpkin note as well. Flavor had was full of the spices above with a weak pumpkin note. phaleslu (803), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 21, 2009 12 oz. bottle from Ludlow Wines. Pours a nice clear amber with a small white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a small ring around the edges. Aroma of pumpkin spices- nutmeg mostly- with cinnamon, toasty malts, and floral and vegetal notes. Flavor of caramel malts, the same pumpkin spices, floral and vegetal notes, and brown sugar. Cinnamon, spice, and a little funk in the finish. Light bodied, with carbonation that provides a subtle bite. Not a bad pumpkin beer. kramer (2670), Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 19, 2009 12 oz bottle. Pours a clear dark gold to light copper body with a small fizzy off-white head that fell to a wispy film. The nose is big cinnamon and nutmeg spicing with very light pumpkin meat. The flavor is much the same but a litte heavier on the nutmeg than in the nose. Not a whole lot of actual pumpkin flavor unfortunately. Finishes with a little caramel sweetness before the burn of cinnamon takes over. Medium bodied with a slight stickiness and fizzy prickly carbonation. Another over-spiced fizzy pumpkin brew. jcwattsrugger (6067), Florida and, New Jersey, USA
