Light tasting lager, goldish-clear head that settles quickly, when chilled tastes refreshing. This beer was popular back in the day. I’ve found my self picking this beer up a few times. It had a hint of a olive taste to it that was semi-bitter.

Mar 5, 2010 Hated this in college, but after developing my tastebuds, I ’ve grown to appreciate it a little bit more. Pours like a typical American macro with virtually no head and very little lacing. Nice golden yellow body, but appears almost flat. Aroma is metallic with a bit of hops. Taste is surprisingly crisp given it seems to have hardly any carbonation. Despite all it’s negatives I did actually enjoy it. If you’re looking for a Canadian macro, I’d recommend Labatt’s, but this one’s worth a try.

Mar 2, 2010 Refrigerated bottle poured into a glass. Aroma is skunky. Pours a light yellow with very little head, very little carbonation, and no lacing. Taste is malt (mostly corn) and a hint of metallic. Not much taste, but it doesn’t taste bad.

Feb 22, 2010 Bottle. Clear gold with a white head. Grainy with some off corny notes. Not that good. Clearly all the Canadian homers have been over-rating this one.

Feb 18, 2010 Drank from a can out of a friends fridge. One word can describe this beer. "Swill" Thin, bready and dry tasting, it’s one I won’t be sampling again anytime soon.

Feb 7, 2010 12oz bottle. Pours a very light champagne color with a stark white, finger thick head that lasts all of 30 seconds. Smells of hay and corn with a tinge of metal. Tastes the same, but completely inoffensively oddly enough. There is nothing that bites or is offensive to the palate. It just tastes slightly bland and goes down exceptionally smooth.

Feb 3, 2010 I love the commercial description of this beer, in reality this might be the skunkiest beer next to regular beck’s or grolsch. if you literally do not give a crap about which beer you drink and grab the cheapest you can find, this isnt bad, but terrible for anyone who cares.

Jan 24, 2010 Looks like the average macro pouring a pale yellow with bright white head.
Smells more like a pale ale than a lager. Tastes like it too. Floral, slightly hoppy. This doesn’t look impressive but is much better tasting than most Canadian brews.

Jan 21, 2010 Pours a clear yellow. Corn cardboard with hint of hop aroma. Taste is about the same as the aroma with a sour note. This is just another dull macro-brewery beer. Only fit for a mother in law.
