500ml bottle. Clear light copper colour with an off-white head. Fruity, hoppy and caramel aroma. Soft to average carbonation and medium body. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with some dry finish. Overall, a nice brew but with some sweet too much.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Amber coloured with nice head and great lacing. Aroma is not strong enough for this kind of beer, pine, grapefruit, caramel... Taste is quite boozy, alkohol should be more hidden. Not a very balanced beer, but still not a bad beer.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle at Mum and Dads, from Tesco Dundalk, 30/08/14.
Clear golden amber with a well appointed light beige covering that dissipates then retains.
Nose is caramel malt, citric sherbets, bitter orange, touch of grapefruit, woody notes.
Taste comprises caramel malt, bitter orange, light grapefruit notes.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light hop bitterness.
Drinkable, but as the APA I had from this brewer, rather pedestrian and ’entry level’ for style.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottled in Sheridan’s Pub, Zagreb, Croatia. Almost clear golden with white creamy firm head. Tropical fruit salad aroma, hints of mango and banana, sweet with a slight alcohol kick that lasts in your mouth. Full body, medium carbonation. It is extremely easily drinkable despite the high alcohol content. Great beer.

Bottle, medium stable long lasting head, clear light orange to dep gold colour, biscuity aroma with light citrus and pine notes, and some spice, malty barnyard flavour, with orange marmalade and a mellow medium strong citrusy bitterness. Highly enjoyable and quite easy to drink for a DIPA.
