May 24, 2008 Deep cloudy tan-orange with thick, vaguely off-white cappuccino head. A little lacing and quite good retention. Quite a few floaties. Aroma isn’t all that good: sweet, slightly off fruit, dough and breakfast cereal. Watery palate with odd tingling sensation. Flavour is like the aroma. For a low alcohol beer, it’s exceptional. As a beer per se... not bad.

Mar 25, 2008 Medium offwhite lasting head. Opqaue carrot orange body. Acidic earthy boiled carrot aroma. Dry watery carrot, earth, and gingerbread taste with bready notes. Chalky harsh mouthfeel. Not really very successful. (0.5l bottle, Porterhouse Temple Bar, Dublin.)

Mar 12, 2008 Bottle 50cl. Nice brew for a low alcohol. Quite drinkable although faceless. The divine Schneider yeast culture saves this beer.

Jan 29, 2008 Bottle:Cloudy, deep golden, firm, dense creamy head, sweet-fruity and bready-malty nose with a further worty touch; very light bodied without being really watery, sweetish flavour; light fruity and sweetish finish with a faint acidity. Even this low-alcohol brew by Schneider is quite well made......

Oct 1, 2007 Sorry to see the low ratings here, but to each their own. This was one of the best alcohol-free beers I’ve tasted. Big cereal nose and flavor with a touch of sweetness. Semi-hazy orange-copper color. A bit dry. Impressive, as I can’t imagine this is an easy thing to brew.
