UPDATED: NOV 19, 2023 Bottle, huge thanks Zhenya! Intens Rood Assemblage N°112, 1819, 20/9/2019. Murky dark red body, not much head. Enormous tart sour cherry aroma, mild funk. Intensive sour cherry taste, well developed, lightly minerally, bit tart, so juicy, fruity, fairly clean. Lovely!

UPDATED: MAY 6, 2023 Pours in hazy red amber color with almost no head. Tiny sparkling though. Intense notes of sour cherries with subtle wood, leather, lingering sweetness and a dry lemony finish. Very well balanced and not overly tart or sweet.

UPDATED: APR 22, 2023 Pourpre, aucune mousse. Super nez acidulé griottes 'piquant' avec leger vinaigré, fruits rouges, bretts. Gout fruité vieilles griottes, intense, acidulé, note de fut. Vraiment nickel et clairement sur les griottes!

UPDATED: JAN 7, 2023 It pours murky maroon with crimson highlights; the head is pastel-pink, foamy, and dissipates quickly. The aroma has notes of: sour-cherries, lemon juice, horse-blanket, alcohol, and cold-lozenge. The taste is medium sour that finishes dry and tart. The palate is full-bodies with low carbonation; the mouthfeel is acetic yet silk; the finish is long and sour. Overall, it's incredibly well balanced and not at all tiring to drink like most natural sours - a great blend!

UPDATED: DEC 4, 2022 Bottle at Foeders, No.77, blending season 1920. Reddish pour, thin head. Nose is intense cherries, citruses, funk, leather and then some more cherry. Taste is intensely sour, jammy, very fruity, somewhat funky, loaded with cherries for real. Lovely.

UPDATED: OCT 3, 2022 (season 1819) Blend No. 118 Ruby-red, opaque color and a white head. Nose of cherries and balsamico, acidic. Taste is tart, sour cheriris, nice acidic.
