UPDATED: MAY 15, 2023 Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma is fruity, citrusy, some toffee and mild nectary notes. Flavour is nectar, some sweet malts, herbs and mild tropical fruity notes. Aroma was very nice.

UPDATED: NOV 19, 2022 hazy golden to orange colour, medium sized creamy yellowish ecru head; aroma of intensive piney, grapefruity, and orange peel oils, some grape and minimal pear notes; taste is dominated by hoppy bitterness with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; really good IPA

UPDATED: APR 10, 2021 Old rating from 2017, 330ml bottle picked up in Phaffikon at a small bottle shop I came across on my 6 country road trip. Poured at home in Jersey, it's caramel colour with a white head. Aromas & tastes of grapefruit, lemon, mango, flora, caramel, pine & malts. Medium body. Dry mildly bitter finish

Eine wahrlich angenehme Überraschung. Dieses Bier, das es seit 2012 gibt, ist ein gut gelungenes IPA mit Summit-Hopfen gebraut. Dieser wird gut dosiert wodurch das Bier eine angenehme Herbe bekommt ohne widerlich bitter zu werden.

Pine, grapefruit and soap. Pours a slightly cloudy amber. Nice and bitter, unfortunately in a soapy way (for me, anyway).

Bottle at Monday Club Erzbierschof. Pours clear amber. Aroma is pine needles, forest, but already caramel malts. Medium, ultra bitter body. Palate stays bitter to the end. Nice.

From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a thick and white head. Aroma is pine and grapefruity. Bitter, slight soapy. Fruity. Pine and grapefruity. Dry and crisp hoppy finish.

On tap at Microbrewer Armageddon Zurich. Amber color with big white head. Aroma of cat piss, sweet fruits, butter. Taste is butter bread, some sweet fruits. Oily mouthfeel. Okay, but too buttery.

Aroma: floral hops, citrus and tropical fruits. Appearance: slightly hazy brown, small, white head. Taste: light sweet. Palate: sweets continue, fruity, mango, soft carbonation. Overall: quite a nice IPA, excellent aroma. Bottle from Drinks of the World, Zurich HB.
